Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded by 444cuci must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing your real money balance before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance.
444cuci employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and colluding with other members to exploit promotional offers. 444cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value beyond their stated terms.

Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager. 444cuci reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result as recorded by the 444cuci gaming system shall be determinative, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13.
Technical Malfunctions: 444cuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from a technical failure, server disruption, or network interruption affecting gameplay. Where a technical malfunction results in an erroneous game outcome, 444cuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the member's account balance.

444cuci's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to 444cuci in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
444cuci collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 444cuci does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes as set out in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 444cuci in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by 444cuci's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution process shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 444cuci from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other legitimate interests.
